We loved pretty much everything, especially sleeping with Freddy Mercury and the location was top notch. The beds were fabulously comfortable. The response to my call regarding the elevator breakdown was very rapid and the CV of communication by email was excellent. These things happen so we don't blame the hotel one bit. Unlike previous guests on the second floor, we had no noise nuisance issues from the Lobby Bar below.

Early check-in was possible without any issues, and we were able to store our luggage for a few hours. The staff at the reception was incredibly friendly and helped us with several things. The value for money was definitely good, and the location was perfect.

The room was spotless clean .... I mean SPOTLESS clean !!! Bed was very comfortable. Modern furniture. Excellent location. Hotel is safe. Shared bathroom (separate shower and toilet) was clean. Towels are provided and changed everyday.
