Loved everything about this place. The beds were very comfortable, rooms cozy, breakfast delicious and filling. The staff were so so friendly and helpful. Had great conversations with other travellers, met some very lovely people. The stay was just perfect!

Everything was walking distance, restaurants and cafes next door and around the corner. Chinatown was across the street and the bus stop in front of the hotel. Great location to do and see everything.

A great spot for less demanding travelers or short trips! The location is definitely a plus—close to tourist attractions and a grocery store. An Uber from the airport was $40. We arrived early to drop off our luggage, but the room was ready, and we could check in early-thank you! Every traveler knows what a lifesaver that is! If you arrive early and the room isn't ready, you can leave your bags in the storage for free. The hotel has everything you need while traveling—coffee, tea, water, and even a printer to print your boarding pass. The rooms are small, so it's ok for those who spend most of the day exploring. I was thrilled with the design! Though, I guess those who love super modern styles might not be as impressed. (My boyfriend and I were!) The staff will help you with any question you have—they’re very professional and helpful. (Thanks!) The toilets and showers are shared, but they’re clean, and solo travelers can feel safe here. (Solo travelers will understand.) I definitely recommend it if you're just looking for a place while exploring SF

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent. The facilities are a little rough around the edges but at this price at this location, it's well worth it.

The staff was amazing. Everthing we asked was fulfilled, e.g., additional blanket and additional chair. The sing was clogged and it was fixed very quickly.
