Real luxury, excellent customer service, above and beyond. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds/pillows, well equipped bathrooms. Friendly staff, very easy to feel welcome and at ease. Very central and easy to get to lots of places. Right next to SF MOMA.

Very nice traditional hotel. Convenient location next to Union Square. No breakfast, but they serve some buisquits and fruit in the lobby every morning. Also all-day coffe/tea/water facility makes your day very easy.

We stayed in a suite with 1 bedroom, 1 sofa bed and a kitchenette. We were really comfortable, there was enough space for the 3 of us. The hotel is nice, there is a playroom with a pool table and the location is central.
