Every member of staff we met were so nice. They took time to speak to us and help in every way possible. The ‘kickback’ in the evening is fantastic and the food was great! We cannot fault anything!!

Excellent location. I asked for a quiet room and I I'd say I got one (that means no view at the city but to a parking lot) sometimes that was annoying because you can't control the noisy car parked over there. I think we only heard a couple of them. Not extra noise from outside. From inside: it will depend on the rest of the hotel 's guests. We had a couple of quiet nights. However our last night there was some stupid people that felt like singing at 1 am. That's not hotel's fault or responsibility.

We stayed 5 nights, it was nice quiet accommodation. Front office staff always helpful with directions for us Aussie tourists. Breakfast had a great selection of food/drinks which was good. We would definitely stay here again. This place isn’t far from Public Transport aswell. I loved that they have a washing machine and dryer that you can use on floor - M which accepts card. Free washing powder and dryer sheets from the front desk.

Lovely big studio king room. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, kitchen, safe, valet parking. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Wifi fast.

The location was great, close to everything, never had to walk more than 8 minutes to get to where I wanted to go. My absolute favorite restaurant though was the Commoner. The salmon and commoner burger were unbelievably delicious!

Great, friendly staff who helped with providing directions and suggestions to nearby restaurants and attractions. Great room, comfortable bed and pillows. Room service from fl2 restaurant was beyond great! A wonderful stay all-around. No complaints at all.
