Great location, in between Disney and Universal parks. Strong value for money, with friendly staff, clean and spacious bedrooms and good equipment. Breakfast was okay but eating in cardboard plates and with plastic cutlery felt a bit off.

Independence from a hotel, more like a resort. The one bed villa was spacious with a full size fridge and cooker, dishwasher and island. Separate bedroom and utility room for washing and drying. Great living area with large L shape sofa and coffee table.

Spacious rooms with modern amenities. Very very clean resort, everything was immaculate.
The staff were fantastic and super helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was exceptional. Capa restaurant is fantastic.
Very good facilities for kids without feeling like a kids resort. You could easily enjoy this as a couple without kids.
Didn't feel too busy which was nice - plenty of room to spread out.
Quite possibly the best hotel I've stayed at, ever!

Everything excellent. The apartment is huge, clean with a washing and drying machine. Like in photos. The pool and the hot tub are clean and well maintained; the kids loved it. The lake is amazing with a free conueing option. No issues soever during checkin/checkout. For the deposit I used a debit card. I can only recommend it.
