The hotel is perfect.My hotel room was as I saw in the pictures.My room is luxurious, clean and the size was perfect. Hotel staff.The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.The atmosphere and smell of the hotel entrance is very nice.The live piano performance was very nice.I was also happy that there were restaurants and everything was within walking distance around the hotel. Gym also was bonus for me.

Staff were super friendly, Bed was comfy and environment was quite clean in general (much better than what I was expecting) and each individual beds has privacy curtains so great when you have bunk mates coming back at 4/5am every day.

I felt really comfortable in that room. It is on the 10th floor and has a great view of the Hudson River. The online check-in and pre-arrival process was easy and the staff were available to answer any questions. Again, they were helpful and friendly. The room had everything I needed to feel safe and comfortable. The bed was comfortable too. Everything is very clean and the cleaners were respectful and thorough. The location is amazing as you can walk to Central Park and the subway in a few minutes. I will definitely come back!

Excellent studio (Executive King) on 18th floor. View of city. Great little kitchenette. Comfortable bed and seating (2 armchairs). All staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Superb base as a haven from the busy-ness that is Manhattan. Excellent location, close to 72nd St Subway. Highly recommended, and we would return.
