The hotel is perfect.My hotel room was as I saw in the pictures.My room is luxurious, clean and the size was perfect. Hotel staff.The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.The atmosphere and smell of the hotel entrance is very nice.The live piano performance was very nice.I was also happy that there were restaurants and everything was within walking distance around the hotel. Gym also was bonus for me.

I felt really comfortable in that room. It is on the 10th floor and has a great view of the Hudson River. The online check-in and pre-arrival process was easy and the staff were available to answer any questions. Again, they were helpful and friendly. The room had everything I needed to feel safe and comfortable. The bed was comfortable too. Everything is very clean and the cleaners were respectful and thorough. The location is amazing as you can walk to Central Park and the subway in a few minutes. I will definitely come back!

What a wonderful hotel. Immaculate, comfortable, great price, great location, near to numerous restaurants, bars, etc. The bathroom was spotless, with a nice hot shower. The little kitchenette had two burners, a refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. I would definitely stay there again. The staff was friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The Door Men were pleasant and helpful, as well.
