I love the decor of the Crosby, in the rooms but especially in the restaurant and lounge areas. The staff, from check in to restaurant to housekeeping are wonderfully helpful and professional. And the location is perfect for all the things we love do.

Everything was amazing. Very welcoming and attentive staff from the entrance to the housekeeping and room service. The best location to go out shopping or dining out.
