Our stay at Broadway Plaza Hotel exceeded all expectations. We stayed in suite #1201 with a stunning view of the Empire State Building and a balcony. Beyond the exceptional cleanliness and room details like the fridge, in-room coffee, and sofa bed for a third guest, what made this experience unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. A special thanks to Mr. Brandon and Lazzano at the front desk, and to the housekeeping team for their flexibility and helpfulness, from arranging room service to extending our stay and helping us book a Broadway show. The staff was warm, professional, and made us feel truly welcome in New York. The hotel’s location in central Manhattan, steps away from the Flatiron and 10 minutes from the Empire, is unbeatable, with everything you need nearby. Don’t miss the great Mexican restaurant, Mamazul, just downstairs. Highly recommend!

Our 8 days, 7 night stay at the Evelyn was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left to the airport the staff was absolutely the best! We had the best sleep on those comfy beds after waking 20k+ steps a day and the breakfast to go options were good. The rooms are spacious considering it’s New York and the hotel is simply beautiful.

Great location and easy access to a lot of places in NY. The staff was very helpful, we got there very early and they provided a place for our bags for only $1. The room was small but very comfortable and clean. We were 3 people so it was enough for us, I think in 4 people the room might be a little on the small side. They also have a dinning area that you can bring in your own food and eat there.

This hotel is a right choice, if you travel for business or pleasure. The location is central but very quiet. The staff is very professional and friendly. The room was big, comfortable and equipped with a comfy bed with a choice of pillows. And the option to have a great breakfast on hotel’s premises is definitely also a plus!
