I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly lovely and kind—everyone from the reception team, the boys in the restaurant, the door attendants, and the cleaning lady were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from every day.
The location is perfect, being close to everything: 5th Avenue, the Empire State Building, the metro station, and a park. Our room was beautiful and impeccably clean, and it was cleaned daily by the attentive cleaning lady.
If we return to NY, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. I loved everything about it!

Excelent location, excelent staff. Super comfy and very good size for a NYC hotel. We loved our star, Nice bar and pool and a must in NYC. We had to stay in NYC unexpectedly due to the 7/19 airline outage and came really tired from France. To our surprise the hotel was great, in a great location, close to the subway, places to eat, walkable, and the hotel staff super friendly. nice and trendy hotel.
