- The Location is a great starting point to explore NYC an feel the vibe of the Lower East Side.

A very nice hotel in the financial disctrict. Close to the metro station. The staff was nice and helpful, the rooms are tidy and well maintained. Beds were comfy. A very good catch in NY for the price.

We came to NYC for an anniversary trip and could not have chosen a better hotel. Super clean, comfy beds and pillows. Our room had a coffee maker, we requested a tea kettle and they immediately obliged.
The location was unbeatable, you're right on the fifth avenue and literally a 10 min walk to all main attractions (MOMA, Times Square, Broadway, Summit One etc.). Subway station is really close too
They don't serve breakfast but have so many cute little bakeries and cafes around that you would really want to try those anyway. Elevators are quite fast.
The service was wonderful and staff is absolutely fantastic, always helpful, friendly and greeting you with a smile. We loved every minute of out stay. Thank you for making our trip so special.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is great, walking distance to many places or close to metro stations. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. They lend you umbrellas when it rains. Super friendly personnel. I would definitely recommend it.

Great hotel. Location is perfect, close to everything (shops, restaurants, metro, highlights). Staff is reallly sweet and helpful. Our strollers got lost by Delta and they met us rent one of theirs for free. Once it rained, they offered free umbrellas. We had a very large room (especially for New York standards) with a fridge and microwave. Perfect for our family. We are definitely staying here again once we return to New York.
Are you planning to stay here? Go to ess-a-bagel around the corner for great breakfast and to urbanspace on 51th street for great lunch or diner.
