Great hotel. Location is perfect, close to everything (shops, restaurants, metro, highlights). Staff is reallly sweet and helpful. Our strollers got lost by Delta and they met us rent one of theirs for free. Once it rained, they offered free umbrellas. We had a very large room (especially for New York standards) with a fridge and microwave. Perfect for our family. We are definitely staying here again once we return to New York.

We loved everything about the hotel, from its central location to the attentive, friendly and helpful staff. The Room was beautiful, the bed and pillows comfotable. They offered complimentary water which was good, especially with the heat wave in New York when we were there. The location of the hotel is excellent to explore NY.

It was in a very nice neighbourhood with lovely restaurants and a perfect location for exploring the city.
The room had a great view, a wonderful shower and a large comfortable bed. The rooftop was the icing on the cake, the view you had over New York was amazing! And if you get some things to eat from the delicious Italian deli on the corner, a cold drink and that view……heaven!
The staff is so friendly and welcoming, you feel right at home. Downstairs you could grab a coffee or tea for in your room or to take away and a croissant every morning was a very nice bonus.
We would highly recommend it to everyone who is going to New York and wants to enjoy the city in a friendly atmosphere, we just loved it!
