Every single interaction with the staff at the Ludlow was 10/10. Always super responsive, even before we arrived. Better service than I've had in 5-star hotels – these folks are just consistently on the ball. Great location, tucked away on a street with loads of cool shops and restaurants – short walk to Soho/other cool areas. 24/7 room service serving actually amazing food. (Try the hummus and pita for a quick snack!)

Beautiful room with personalized welcome message on the TV, so thoughtful. Larissa was very prompt in responding to my queries and gave me a nice room with lovely view of the Manhattan Bridge. Definitely coming back in the future! What a lovely experience!
