We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the lobby, bar, coffee shop. Loved the decor in the hotel and the rooms! I used the fitness centre and it was great.

I got a room on the fifth floor and the view was amazing! The people working on the lobby were kind and took care of my luggage before my room was ready and after my checkout so I can visit the city, without me even asking. When visiting NY again, I will look to stay here again.

Very good buffet. Had a room overlooking the main street but it wasn't loud. Comfy beds and ample bathroom. The room had a large and modern flat-screen which contained the mainly used apps. Overall satisfied with the room.

Very clean, cozy, was met with a smile. The lights were fantastic with 4 different settings for easy wakeup and could be turned on and off from the bed and the door - small thing, but my previous 'luxury' hotel I stayed at the night before had one light switch 3 steps in from the door and only a very bright reading light by the bed you had to really stretch the arm to reach. It's the small things that make it feel premium, and this feels premium.

It was so close to everything, subway right around the corner, food all around you, cvs so close by. The roof top is incredible views and was the perfect place to hang out at night. I read bad reviews before we came and I don’t understand them at all? The room is small but so is everywhere else in nyc. There was a large mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in our room plus a large commons room if you need more of a kitchen.
