Great accommodation, I am very satisfied. Well-equipped apartment, pragmatically furnished, nice and clean. It has a real New York feeling, which applies to both the apartment and the neighborhood. Easily accessible by public transportation, with many shops in the immediate vicinity. Although we didn't meet the host in person, they were always reachable and kind. I have only one observation, the chairs in the kitchen are a bit loose and wobbly. If I go to New York again, I will come back here, I really liked it.

Really comfortable hotel. The room is big, decor is quit updated, the bed is really comfortable. The little vending space ate the lobby is very convenient. The gym is ok, nice equipments. I was there to attend a course at Columbia Business School, and the location was perfect, walking distance (about 15 min walk). Many options of public transport nearby (Subway A and C 1 block away, Subways 2 and 3 2 blocks away). Staff was really friendly and helpful.
