Overall, it was great. The location was very good in that I could go anywhere easily by using metro. Also, the street was safe at night, so I fully enjoyed a night walk.

The staff was lovely, the Marriott app is a great addition to the experience as it gave us easy communication with the reception and housekeeping team. Matteo on the bar had the most delicious cocktails made for us whenever we came down to the bar. The Le Labo body lotion was lovely as well.

Our third visit to New York City and our third stay at the Ludlow do I need to say more?
- The Location is a great starting point to explore NYC an feel the vibe of the Lower East Side.
- The Staff is exceptional and always make us feel welcome and at home
- The whole Hotel and also the Rooms have great design and are not your typical standard hotel flair

Nothing to complain about our stay at the Artezen Hotel in New York. Everything from check-in with amazing staff, to location of the hotel in the financial district and so close to the Fulton Metro station was great! The rooms are more on the smaller side, sure, but you have everything you require for a stay. (Plus steamer!) We were very happy with our stay and would choose this hotel again if your main goal is to visit New York for sightseeing and similar things.

I loved everything about the hotel and the location! It is right at the subway trains, plus i loved the neighbourhood, so safe and clean and plenty great shops and eateries nearby!
