The Hotel is an excellent choice as far as location (lower Manhattan near Wall Street) is concern, in a very safe area. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The Fulton Street station accommodates multiple subway lines making it extremely easy to go around Manhattan. Highly recommended.

The hotel has very good location in the Financial district - Trinity Church, Wall street, WTC, 9/11 Memorial, ferries to Statue of Liberty, Lower Manhattan, Chinatown can be reached on foot. Several subway stations of different lines nearby. Oculus has a direct subway station to JFK Airport (E line). Very comfortable large beds, refrigerator, safe, ironing board, iron in the room. The hotel has a cafe for breakfast and lunch (for an additional fee). There is also a microwave at the reception for hotel guests.

The facilities are substantial. There is a dedicated room filled with washers and dryers for guest to use for free. Gym are available too. There are function rooms and shared kitchen to use in several floors. The room is spacious. We were a family of four with both our son and daughter already adult. We occupied Studio plus and it was nice. Coffee maker, utensil, microwave, iron and board, fridge are all there. They do have balcony too. We stayed for 5 nights to find a bigger room from the previous place in upper Manhattan to accomodate our daughter which came after and we love our choice. In fact, we are supposed to move to other hotel in the upper part but decided to come back to this place after our visit to Boston
