Wonderful staff. Excellent location. We had one bedroom club suite and empire stateview. Was so worth it. Huge rooms and windows open. Club lounge was marvellous. We will return. Tgx so much.

loved loved loved the interior. Bought two books by the designer which theybsell at the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious, breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. He answered all his questions, helped me booking restaurants, guide us with tips about the city and always offered water. He was always smiling and making our stay very pleasant. Totally recommended. We were at the 9th floor with an amazing view to the Empire State.
