Honestly as good as it gets in manhattan. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The room had everything I needed.

No complaints. Good size room. Some noise from the nearby train/subway but not disturbing. Breakfast is pretty simple but was sufficient for us. Breakfast room tends to get a bit busy but it was never an issue for us.

location wast perfect! one block and a half from subway. and very close to soho, lower east, and the village. lots of great chinese restaurants very close too. i got the room with the bathroom, facing the street. bright, very clean. no tv, no fridge, no coffee machine, but i already knew it. did`nt expeted it, nor needed it. internet was great too, which is important. staff was very friendly. is important to know that there is no elevator, so you should climb stairs with the suitcase, which is`nt a problem either. perfect value for the price. will be back!
