The hotel was amazing, rooms are very clean, ours had a beautiful view on lower Manhattan. You could even see Statue of liberty in the distance. In the room there is a coffee machine, iron and ironing board, microwave, safe, hair dryer, bathroom toiletries. The room is cleaned daily and all the towels were regularly replaced. We were on 28th floor and couldn't hear the traffic from the street, also the hallways were quiet. There was a problem with 2 out of 4 elevators so the waiting times were a bit higher, but they appointed one of the employees to navigate with the elevators at all time. The breakfast is good, there is a selection of cereal, eggs, muffins,.. coffee, juices,.. the fact that we had a breakfast was huge; NY is sooo expensive, so we saved tons of money on food and coffee. Hotel is very close to the metro station, and in the center for all locations. The street is filled with flower shops, so this was great.

Nice location in the middle of Manhattan. We booked a room with the view and it was worth every penny, skyline view was amazing. Breakfast was good, but make sure to avoid busy hours as it could be crowded.
