It was the best decision to book the Chelsea Hotel. On arrival we received a very friendly welcome. The "The Grand" suite that we booked was much nicer and larger in real life than in the pictures. The location in Chelsea was perfect for us. You have everything around and you can quickly get to other parts of the city. We will book the Chesea again on our next visit and have already saved our suite number.

We loved Hyatt House! The room was clean, spacious and breakfast was good and varied everyday. Lots of smart solutions in the room to make sure you have everything but at the same time it feels roomy 10/10. Excellent location in a street full of florists and close to several metro stations. the location is perfect, close to lots of different subways but also within walking distance to many parts of Manhattan. The hotel is modern and very clean with a good sized bed and shower. The best thing was the view, we had a landmark city view and it was worth every penny!

It was just a paradise: all the guests were neat, quiet, and polite. Super secure, clean, unlimited fruits, good tea (but not coffee, if you are addicted like me bring your own), bread, milk, cereals, hot and cold water. Ear plugs provided, toilet paper, etc. Very welcoming stuff, 7/24 there, were flexible with the check-in time. The best location! And they accept WhatsApp calls in case you don't have a local SIM card.

Perfect location in Manhattan, close to metro station. Fantastic breakfast, which you could take away, had coffee 24/7. Nice room view from the 32nd floor. It can be a little crowded in breakfast or in rush hours in the elevators, keep in mind, but it was so vfm. The staff was great and the room super clean.
