The staff is so nice (each of them). Always smiling and always willing to help. Rare.
The room is clean, large, and furnished in an exquisite style. The AC makes no noise! The bed is very luxuous...And the location is perfect. The proposed breakfast is very very good and very cheap.

A wonderful experience. Arzu is a great person and very helpuf guest she explains everything you need. She helped us with an earler check-in. The place is near every place you want to visit in south miami beach, you have a 24 hours market hust down the apatment wich is great. The only thing is that when the rooms a full you could hear everything but it didn't bother us. I highly recomand this place for the price and what it offers.

The Firefly Hotel is very close to everything - yet very quiet. It has a wonderful courtyard that invites you to relax. If you're out for a while and forget your key or time, you'll even get visits from raccoons, cats, and opossums. The greenery is beautiful. The rooms was orderly and clean. And... there is some real good stuff working there. The housekeepers are helpful, and Barbara, the manager, she is hardworking and helpful— simply a wonderful and warm person, she makes our stay much more better and unforgettable. ♡
Firrefly is just a short walk from Ocean Drive. ☆ Enjoy your stay.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area but close to the main spots of the city. The bus stop for a bus going to the downtown is located just a block away. The nearest supermarkets are located a block away. Room cleaning was on request which was okay for us as we don't need room cleaning every single day.
