Great location, beautiful room. My husband and I stopped in here for one night during our road trip. The room was very clean and spacious. We also had our dog with us. We ordered room service and it was delicious. The breakfast was also great in the morning.

We chose this hotel partly because we've stayed here before & partly because of the staff, in particular Elaine & her lovely breakfasts. We met her last year & was very happy that she is still working for the company, she's such a lovely lady. The room was comfortable & well furnished as we had experienced last year & will return next time we're in or around Knoxville.

Everything was perfect and room was very clean and staffs we're really good, there was one houskeeper kinda of rude when she came to solve a misundertanding, but supervisor was really patient and good. I will definitely come back and rent the same room.
