Our absolute most favourite part of our stay was the staff. The bar tender Mike made every effort to know each of his guests personally and create a memorable experience. We will be coming back to see him for sure (All the way from Canada)!

The hotel was clean, room was spacious and had a free-two-way shuttle service to different places from hospitals and also Houston Zoo and Science Museum. Friendly staff.

The hotel seems very new and clean. Everything feels fresh. The room was spacious with wonderful view. I also enjoyed the nice jacuzzi at the pool. The location was not exactly at the centre but they provided free shuttle bus around 2 miles radius and that was a nice touch and convenient for people who don’t have a car (like me). The breakfast was simply perfect with fresh and enough choices and the staff was always very helpful. I would definitely come back if I’m visiting Houston.
