Wonderful! Beautiful hotel, clean well appointed room. Small neighborhood vibe, close to University of Chicago hospital. My Dad and I stayed while my mom was in ICU at the hospital. Chris, at the front desk, was AMAZING. He was kind, welcoming, compassionate and helped us with parking and reservations. Chris and the Sophy were a gem in a different time. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at your hotel. The room amenities were great with a comfortable bed, a shower, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and a convenient desk. Being just a 7-minute walk from the metro made it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The area felt safe and pleasant, adding to my overall comfort. The staff were exceptional. Despite facing payment issues during my check-in on June 20th, they handled the situation with incredible kindness and patience, going out of their way to assist me. Every interaction with your team was warm and welcoming, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I commend your hotel for its guest-oriented approach and wish you continued success. The room size is big enough and you find all things you need daily. Coffee and Water is always for free. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean. The Atwood restaurant is a really nice place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The taste and quality of the food is always delicious. All staff is very friendly and always helpful.
