I really appreciated the fact that I forgot an European plug converter in my room and the staff kept it available for me until I returned in Boston and I was able to recover it. This hotel was amazing. I self checked in, screen gave me an option to choose the room, I chose top floors and the avenue view. It was such a bright room, huge window by the bed, overlooking the Massachusetts Avenue. Bed was very big, with amazingly firm mattress and soft pillows. Honestly, best nights sleep Room is very modern and functional, very well thought out. Loved every bit of my stay.
