Great hotel. Location is perfect, close to everything (shops, restaurants, metro, highlights). Staff is reallly sweet and helpful. Our strollers got lost by Delta and they met us rent one of theirs for free. Once it rained, they offered free umbrellas. We had a very large room (especially for New York standards) with a fridge and microwave. Perfect for our family. We are definitely staying here again once we return to New York. Are you planning to stay here? Go to ess-a-bagel around the corner for great breakfast and to urbanspace on 51th street for great lunch or diner.

Room was perfect for myself. If there was another person, it would be good as well. The location is great as it is just a few minutes walk from Times Square and right accross Bryant Park. The staff was helpful and whatever I needed, they helped out.
