Coming from Europe we went to NU Hotel for 10 nights in January 2024. Everything was perfect : very friendly staff, nice and clean room, breakfast ! The hotel situation allows you to be very close from public transports and you can easily find some nice bars and restaurants around the hotel. I stayed at Artezen hotel in NY with my husband and one-year-old baby for a week and our stay was an absolute pleasure. The hotel is perfectly located (subway stops all around, close to all kinds of restaurants and supermarkets, near many tourist attractions). The facilities were impeccable and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, in fact, all of our requirements were taken care of in a warm and thoughtful way. It was really comforting to have water and coffee refilled in the room every morning. We booked a king-sized bed that was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud, we appreciated this after long hours of sightseeing. Also, the Italian restaurant downstairs serves good deal dishes like pasta, salad and paninis - actually, some of the best pistachio pesto I've had in a long while. Long story short, would most definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, we nailed it.
