The woman upstairs at the gold lounge was super nice when she greeted us and got us a free dessert. The room was beautiful and had a great view of downtown.

I call it a Smart Hotel like a hotel from the 21st century should be. We loved the room tablet for all the controls for the room eg lighting colours, air conditioning. The bed was massive and really comfy. The shower had 2 shower heads. The common areas were inviting with artwork, books, friendly and helpful staff, big buffet breakfast, late night bar, swimming pool on the roof.
We came to Austin for the live music and it is very close to E 6th St where all the night life is.

Room was very comfortable and decor was modern and cool. Keurig, robes, and toiletries were all nice touches as well as the thick shower towel. Great location in East Austin with so many bars and restaurants. We loved it.

Everything! Especially the staff. It is incredible how friendly, obliging, ans willing to help they are. We had an incident at the pool with glass shards and our daughter got hurt. But the way the staff and the manager reacted was really nice. We’ll see how this matter continues to be resolved, but I am sure that we will find a suitable solution.

I stayed for F1, and everyone who stayed in the same room had the same purpose. So I went it together and had a good experience. It would have been a shame if it wasn't for this hostel. The location was very good, affordable, and clean. It was convenient because each bed included a fan, a light, and a shelf. I was worried when I saw the review that bedbugs came out, but I'm glad it didn't happen.
