The staff were super accommodating! We bothered them numerous times with questions and they were happy to help. The little extras, that we didn't expect were a nice bonus and value, mints on the pillows, complementary beverages and snacks. The bedding WAS indeed lux as advertised. We wish we could have stayed longer!

My flight to Atlanta was cancelled at the last minute and the hotel were extremely courteous and understanding, helping me to recover my money due to these unforeseen circumstances despite the fact that the cancellation period had technically expired. Hugely empathetic staff, would recommend!

Loved this hotel. It’s next door to the Four Seasons and almost as nice for much less money. They staff is great, parking is convenient but it is $32/night. The pool is super cool. Live DJ on the weekends, so it’s very lively. Beds are as comfy as the Ritz, we will definitely be back.
