I travel a lot for work and it was a huge relief to be able to enjoy their gym and fitness center. The gym there is world class. The staff and service was top notch as well. A huge thank you to Mariam at the first desk.

We liked everything: The old and tasteful architecture, the garden, the friendly staff, nice rooms, location. Breakfast was perfect, lots of choice and lots of fresh products. Transportation from and to the airport worked well. The staff helped us to get Bolts in town too. Several nice restaurants in the vicinity, perfect location away from the quite ugly down-town Dar. We also walked to the Tingatinga co-operative and ran in the neighbourhood. Very good value for money! We will recommend to everybody and would certainly stay again.

2 bedroom flat, close to the beach (a 10 min walk), super close to lovely supermarket and a couple of eating options (cafe in the supermarket and a restaurant next door with a small playground). Easy to get bolt/uber from this location. The actual flat was a little run down but considering the price it was value for money. We couldn't figure out the shower and were missing a couple of things but staff were helpful and sorted us out. We were there 4 nights and Hans sent a cleaner after 2 nights to clean the flat (they did a great job) which was much appreciated. He also let us check out late as my flight wasn't until 4:30pm. Overall, a good place to stay if you prefer your own space and a bit of freedom. Great location. Pool was also a plus.

Very nice garden, good food, nice friendly Service, clean room, calm atmosphere and prices are fair. Recomandable for familys as well, because of garden. Near beach, near Downtown. The owner Juliet Was quite helpful with any questions.
