We had the executive family room, we used the lounge a little for a few drinks,2 2x 9yo boy and girl.
The facilities exceeded our expectations, clean, spacious and everything you need.

The staffs there provided an excellent service for pick-up. They pick-up us from Ita Thao to their hotel. They even bring us to the Formosa Culture village when the cable car was out of service due windy condition. They also provided some advice on how to plan some visits. The staff also has exclusive discount for boat ride, bicycle rent and Formosa Culture village tickets. Can also play with their friendly dogs.

A perfect venue to be near the pier and soak in all the tourist sites, 2 mins walk to the Ita Thao Pier and food street. The service staff were fantastic, especially Hank who was superb in making us comfortable and well settled, highly recommend especially for travellers with family to take the biggest room on level 8, extremely spacious and comfortable.

Really lovely place! Super friendly staff especially the lovely lady that was a proficient google translate user hahaha! She would accompany us to rent our bikes and kept checking if we needed anything!
We got the pod room for one day which was really nice, with a lovely patio upstairs to chill in. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, good location. 10/10
