This was one of the nicest hostels I have stayed in. It is very modern and secure. The dorm rooms don't even feel like dorm rooms because of the capsule style beds. The hostel features very big social areas and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is also very good and the staff are helpful.

A perfect venue to be near the pier and soak in all the tourist sites, 2 mins walk to the Ita Thao Pier and food street. The service staff were fantastic, especially Hank who was superb in making us comfortable and well settled, highly recommend especially for travellers with family to take the biggest room on level 8, extremely spacious and comfortable.

Great location with a view of the lake even though it is located across the street from the lake. Beautiful, very modern home complete with elevator. Delightful and informative early morning sunrise bicycle ride around Sun Moon Lake with the owner. Highly recommend.

The facilities were clean and comfortable, the staff are super friendly, and the location is convenient - next to the bike trail around the lake and only a 5-10 minute walk away from restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Oh, and definitely try the owner’s breakfast - it’s delicious!
