The staff were very attentive and professional.
I had to change rooms due to availability. In other hotels I’ve had to wait all day for the new room to be available. But at Hungary Mansion it was ready straight after breakfast.

It was the first time that I had enjoyed a hotel breakfast.
Latex pillows that were available in the room were terrific.
The hotel staff was accommodating and responsive. I had a few requests during my stay, and they usually responded/helped within 15 minutes.
