Great location, superfriendly personel, complimentary minibar. Even tough it is only rated 3* in my opinion it is waaay better than many 4&5* ones. I traveled with my bike and the staff was super helpful with helping me. I wish other hotels had the same level of service.

We recently stayed at The Dandy Hotel in Taipei and we were really impressed! Despite being a 3-star hotel, the service was definitely at a 4-star level. The staff went above and beyond – they even gave us a courtesy call for checkout time without us asking, and were super flexible with storing our bags before and after our stay. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. It was much bigger than what you typically get in Taipei, and spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable and we slept great – it was nice and quiet too. The bathroom was a highlight with amazing shower pressure and lovely lemongrass-scented toiletries. Just a heads up though – the shower is over the bath, which was quite narrow. There's a handrail to help you get in and out, but it might be tricky for older travelers. One thing I loved was being able to open the window for fresh air, though don't expect any views. The location was really convenient, just a short walk to the station. Breakfast was pretty average overall, but they did have some nice cakes. Oh, and if you're looking for last-minute gifts, they have some cute items like soaps and keyrings at reception – really came in handy for me! The only real downside was the breakfast not being anything special, but honestly, everything else made up for it. The fantastic service, clean and comfortable room, and convenient location make this place a gem. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Taipei!

I got a free room upgrade. Jolly suite is so wonderful with two baths and wash rooms for family stay. Hotel staffs are very friendly and kindly teach us how to use room even if we arrive at night. My family really enjoyed large and comfortable room that we could stay like we live. I am looking forward to staying Jolly again.

The staff was super smiling, polite and extremely helpful Even if the location is not exactly central, the wonderful service, amenities and ability to anyway connect quickly by taxi makes it a great choice for travelers The daily buffets (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner) are also an awesome addition on top We had a great stay and strongly recommend this hotel Thank you again to all the staff there, really going the extra mile..!
