If I could give this hotel an 11 that is what I would do! The check-in experience was amazing. Maruko was quite simply the most impressive hotel clerk I have ever met. She provided us with very helpful advice for our trip, and did everything in such a cheerful and effective way that one could not help but to be impressed. She even left us with a lovely, hand-written card at the end (complete with very cute pictures which she drew). I may frame this card :) After staying previously at a hotel in Taipei which did not meet our expectations, it was such a joy to stay at the CityInn. Everything was done just in the right way. It was clean, restful and smart. They kept our luggage for us as we travelled around which made a huge difference. Obvously I would stay here again - indeed I don't think there is anywhere else I would even think about staying in Taipei.

Very friendly staff will help you with anything and also they speak English. Amazing location, next to the Taipei Mall and Taipei Main Station. Everything was clean, you can easily fit your luggage next to your bed. Overall great accommodation with best location, nicest staff and great value for cheap price.
