We couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Taipei than to stay at the top floor 32nd floor of this hotel with a view to Taipei 101 on the night of the fireworks for Taiwan National Day. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service was impeccable. The hotel facilities are the best you could ask for. We found the hotel well placed to explore the city. Being this my first time far into Asia, I decided to leave the car rental for when I'd be in Taipei, and the concierge of the hotel was able to arrange that for us with great professionalism.

Second stay in a nearly perfect hotel: sleek design, absolute comfort and memorable customer service from the staff. The location is as peerfect as can be: 2 steps from a metro and a busy street, but far enough to be quiet and enjoying one of my favourite neighbourhoods in Taipei.
I just wish it had an onsen and/or a pool.

My capsule was so cosy and comfortable. I really liked that I can keep my luggage in a locker under the bed. Bathroom was always clean and employees were very sweet. Also the location of a hostel is perfect.

Stayed in a small single room for three nights. Knowing it is small and without windows, I was expecting much worse. But it was not that small, fully sufficient for 1,92 m. like me. Although there is no window, but there is a nice lounge and a nice lighting system in the room.

Nice, spacious room. Well appointed and maintained. Clean and fresh. Swimming pool was convenient to access and a great asset in hot weather. Location was good with stations on two metro lines within 8 mins walk. Also the bus stop for Keelung, Ruifang and Juifen direct bus was within 7 mins walk
