The location is near, walking distance from Train Station. I’m with a 28 inch luggage and a hand carry bag, I’m still able to get there by my own. A very self disciplined hostel which the owner always provide online supports with multiple toilets available inside the room, by corridor and even downstairs.

The hosts are super friendly. We stayed here to visit Taroko nature park with a tour. The tour started very early, and the next day we had to leave very early as well to catch our train back, but the hosts prepared a breakfast to go that was delicious! You could feel it was prepared with a lot of love. One of us is vegetarian and they understood that perfectly, despite the language barrier. They also fixed a taxi for us.
Comfortable and very clean room, Dyson hairdryer, always coffee/water/snacks available…
We also appreciated the reading nook with massage seats!
The night market and the beach are very close, walking distance. We didn’t really like the night market but there were good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well.

Large bright open space and balcony. Courteous, friendly, and helpful staff. Language barriers not an issue. Google translate makes world travel so easy now! Great complimentary breakfast served to the room. Great location overlooking the boardwalk, beach, and ocean, 5min. walk to the night market. Can't beat the views from the sea view rooms/balconies and the roof top balcony! It's like Hawaii meets Japan in the Mediterranean. I don't know how else to describe it! TaiwanxHualien!

The lady boss was so friendly and helpful. When i asked her where could i get the grilled sweet potato for my dad, she offered to buy for us and it was on night time.
We appreciate it so much.
They have dripping coffee packet, the aroma was amazing. I have bought some from them.
The lady boss on the same night wrap it nicely for us even we bought it for own consumption.
