It was very clean, building is very new (3 years) and staff was super helpful. We experienced some earthquakes there and felt safe. Parking fee was included. Hotel offers a wide variety of choice and is presented as pictures.

The woman who runs it was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and location was a two minute walk from the night market. Also breakfasts were super yummy! Would definitely stay again

Prime location to explore Hualien and surrounding areas. Staff extremely nice and helpful. They arranged taxi to take the four of us for a full day tour of Taroko National Park which was most enjoyable and value of money. The hotel lent bicycles and riding helmets for free so we explored the city’s beautiful costal area on bikes. Room is clean, spacious with fridge, tea and coffee facilities. Guests are provided free coffee and snacks in hotel lobby.

Stunning modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and stylish decor. The bed was extremely comfy, the room had a small seating area which was a welcome addition, well layed out bathroom, and a small built in table + mini fridge. Well located in the city centre and a short walk from most things.
