First of all, thank you to Address Istanbul for making my stay so delightful. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, I felt exceptionally welcome. I appreciate when people pay attention to the details in hospitality, and Address Istanbul excels at this. My overall rating is a 10/10, and I want to extend my special thanks to all the employees for their outstanding work. They are always happy to help or explain certain information about the hotel and its surroundings. Their warm welcome and helpful reminders made my stay incredibly comfortable.
The concierge service is excellent and can assist you with everything. I highly recommend visiting the top floor of the building for incredible views of the whole city. Just ask the concierge, and they will explain where to go.
If I ever return to Istanbul, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Its location next to Emaar Square is perfect for dining and shopping, and the hotel's own dinner and breakfast offerings are excellent. Additionally, the spa on the 11th floor is very good, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

Perfect place for a calm holiday. The garden is just so peaceful and beautiful. Staff are very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and full of with little details like Turkish Delights etc. You can get a free public transportation card from hotel, which pretty helpful and nice.
The best part is that it is a small family hotel and you feel it. Also breakfast is awesome!

Hotel is perfectly located, nearby the subway.
I stayed at Frezya for 18 days, the atmosphere was great. İ had a single room with a view of the sea, so when i woke up i could enjoy a beautiful view from the window. The room was spacious and there was enough closets for clothes. Everything in the room was clean. The staff were also friendly and helpful, especially mrs Aynur helped me a lot. As a single women traveler it felt reliable and very safe. İ had a great time, I recommend staying at this place.

A great apartment for a comfortable stay!
The apartment is located in a convenient and quiet area. There are shops, cafes, pharmacies and public transport nearby, so getting to the center or other parts of the city is not a problem.
The apartment itself is well-maintained, bright and comfortable with a pleasant interior. It has all the necessary furniture and appliances, including a fully equipped kitchen.
Special thanks to the host for his politeness and responsiveness. He was always available to help with any issues and made my stay very comfortable.
This apartment is an ideal choice for those who value comfort, cleanliness, and a pleasant living experience. If I need to rent again in this area, I would be happy to return. I highly recommend it to others!

I stayed at this hotel for one night during the Istanbul Marathon, and it was truly exceptional. The location was very convenient – just about 25 minutes’ walk from the starting point. Everything felt luxurious, from the pleasant fragrance in the lobby to the outstanding service. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, making me feel at home right away. They offered a free room upgrade, allowed early check-in and late check-out, and even brought a plate of fresh fruit to my room. These thoughtful touches made my stay unforgettable. From now on, whenever we come to Istanbul, we will only stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!

The location was extremely clean, it offered a lot of space and was very confortable. It has a fully equiped kitchen which was very usefull and a large dinning area.
The view of the Bosphorus strait is absolutely fantastic!
