Simply everything. Especially the staff who were friendly, caring and pleasant. Well done all! The location is not bad at all, its 15min walk to Taksim Square which put you right in the action. As for the room, we chose Deluxe King Room With Bosphorus View and we were not disappointed, its spacious, clean with brilliant views of what it felt like the entire Bosphorus. We will surely be back!

The hotel is very well situated and in a very lively street. Close to a lot of shops and touristic places. Rooms are very clean and the staff is very reactive and friendly. Food is amazing. I recommend !! One of the best hotels in istanbul
