Everything was exceptional, looking forward to come back. Staff is great everybody were so kind and polite, especially Serdar and Ece are amazing. Location very good in a modern neiborhood, close to shops and restoraunts. Floor 34 is a must.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. Staff were friendly and most importantly spoke English and were able to advise ys on our outings. The hotel is clean and location is very convenient. It was very easy to always order uber or taxi or even walj few steps to catch one. Only improvement would be the breakfast buffet to have more variety.

The hotel is currently being refurbished and the new rooms are being done to a very high standard, modern and comfy. Love the idea of glass bottle of water and you can go and refill them at the water station in each floor. The breakfast was very good and all the waiters extremely attentive and helpful.

The property was gorgeous. It smelled so nice walking in. You’re being greeted at the door and the staff will come help with suitcases and doors as soon as you arrive. The property as well as the staff is impeccable !!

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights in August
Exquisite modern turkish style design! Very relaxing and cozy atmosphere in any location of the hotel! Feel like at home! Great location 5 min walk from the Taksim square and Istiklal and 15 min to Dolmabahce palace!
The deluxe room in the 9th floor had great side view on Bosphorus and it had good size for 2 adults and 1 kid (accommodated on additional bed)
Excellent service: starting from bell boys and ending the General Manager! Especially grateful to the concierge service Shafa and Berk, also Bulat and Muge.
Wonderful breakfasts and restaurants! As a nice bonus for us was a kids menu in main restaurant with European and Turkish cuisine!
We had great time in the hotel’s spa, comfortable and not crowded. Keep in mind that the swimming caps are required for the pool, and they are available on the spa reception to buy!
