Good Breakfast. Location perfect, access to Sirkeci station for Marmary line 50m from hotel. Staff are really helpful. We were given a free early check in as well as breakfast before check in. Overall really nice stay.

Room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast had a wide variety of food to try - the different types of cheeses were delicious. The location was great as it was near to the main square of the Blue Mosque and Hajar Sophia. It was also close to the grand bazaar and the spice market.

We really liked the Double Tree by Hilton - Sirkeci. wonderful place to stay in.
Location - walking distance to Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Gulhane Park, Topkapi Palace, and lot of restaurant and shops around and easy access to all sort of public transportation.
Staff - wonderful staff who always willing to help you, few stand out names, Umut from the Breakfast hall, Yakoub from the front desk and the house keeping lady who always smile and offer help (she doesn't speak English, hence did not get the name). you can't go wrong in Istanbul when staff at Double Tree around you to guide you and assist you.
Breakfast - we really liked it and we always got what we wanted, and it always healthy food that Double Tree by Hilton offers.
Room size and Amenities - very decent size room with all required amnesties (mini fridge, table for your office work if any, hair dryer and kettle for your morning tea/coffee, free bottled water and the chocolate cookie)

I have visited many countries specially in Middle east, but the level of customer services which I received from Black Tulip/Black Pearl is outstanding which cannot be expressed in words. Their whole staff including all domains are very warm welcoming, care and they really felt us special during our stay for 2 weeks.
Mr. Ihlam front desk is really professional and always willing to help you out of the way. Whole staff Mr. Muhammad, Efe, Furkan, Mehmat, Izrail and rest of the team many thanks for making our stay comfortable and making us feel as home and special, again special thanks Mr. Ihlam, Izrail and other team for celebrating my 2-year son surprise birthday.
