We liked how the place was quiet, staff was friendly and we were able to easily communicate with them, breakfast had a lot of options, and the room was very clean, as well as the lobby and generally the whole place. I would especially like to shout out Eren from the staff.

The hotel feels new and modern. We had a lovely forest view from our room, which we really appreciated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen for cooking. The gym had all the necessary equipment, and the pool was clean and pleasant (just note that a swimming cap is required). Overall, a great stay — thank you!

This was the most exceptional customer service I have ever received in a hotel! I would recommend to all of my friends traveling to the Istanbul area to spend a week at Mavi At Hotel! The rooms are large and beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the onsite horseback riding is great, and ALL of the staff are incredibly friendly, especially Ali the Hotel Manager. Could not recommend more highly!
