Very friendly, smiling ,caring personnel, very clean rooms and regular cleaning service , enough choice of the breakfast is adapted to everyone, location is great because withing 4 min you reach out the tram and within max 10 min bus to the airport. Once I will be back to Istanbul I would come back to this hotel:)

The room is amazing and there are even 2 TV in the room. The decoration is really beautiful and the room is clean and decent. Breakfast is good. The location is good, easily get into the center on a walk. The staffs are very kind and helpful.

I really appreciate my stay there. Not too far from other attractions. Good restaurants around. The staff was super nice and friendly. They help us for having a SIM card and the taxi we booked with them from the airport was super nice a really great experience ! Rooms were clean and spacious.

Location fantastic. Right near the metro and tram. Very clean hotel new and modern. Very nice staff especially Mehmet, he was so welcoming friendly and made us feel so comfortable during our stay, always helpful and always made an effort. Make sure to introduce yourself to him as he is a fantastic worker and human!
