This hotel is all about location, location, location. It's at the heart of the old city, close to Sultanahmet and all the historical sites you'd want to visit, including the Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, and more. The staff were incredible. Elvin, Levent, Sadik, Murat, and Osman were all so great! They took care of all our little needs with a baby. The hotel was great, breakfast was a nice spread and the service in the restaurant was amazing. The location is very close to the blue mosque about 4-5 min walk and same to the tram. Grand bazaar is only one stop away, also walkable distance. The breakfast spread was very nice and you can always have omelets made as well. The staff really made us feel at home so it was a great welcome into Turkey.

From the moment we arrived to when we left, we were welcomed with open arms by the hotel staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean (compliments to the cleaning ladies, who were also very friendly even though they spoke little or no English) but also very modern and extremely well-equipped. The first night, it was a bit of a struggle to get the temperature down, as a warm room is not ideal to sleep in, even when it is near freezing outside. In this again, compliments to the staff, who immediately took my concerns about this seriously and did everything possible to get the temperature in our room a little lower. Breakfast was very extensive - I certainly didn't lack anything - and again, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and all amenities were present (we even got a gift, which was so thoughtful).

The hotel is extremely well located and very clean!
The entire staff is amazing! We felt very welcomed.
The rooms are reasonable, not too big, but very comfortable. The beds are great and the rooms well equipped.

Excellent location with walking distance to the main historical attractions, grand bazaar and the Marmara sea coast (360 degree view from the roof tarace). Very close 100-300 m to the variety of different restaurants and shops. Very good breakfast choice at the hotel incl. variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. The hotel is very clean. The reception team incl. Mr. Daniel and his wife was always helpful and pro-active. We arrived late in the night and they were welcoming us with a smile and showed the room.
