The staff and facilities are fantastic. Extremely helpful, friendly. Rooms are really spacious, very clean and the balcony is a wonderful bonus! Honestly, nothing negative to say! Highly recommend to everyone! Is our first choice every time we visit Istanbul! Do not hesitate to book, you will enjoy your stay! We had a small room, but it had everything we needed. The place was very clean, and the area was great, especially for us since we were there for work. We had a small issue with the door, but it was solved in the end. Everyone was very polite. We will definitely come back and we highly recommend it ☺️
