The location is fantastic. The apartment is located in the heart of Kadiköy, close to all the district's attractions, yet on a quieter side street. It's also very close to the metro and the port with a ferry crossing across the Bosphorus. Communication with the owner is exemplary. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

We've had a very nice stay. The hotel is situated near the seafront and next to a nice park. Plenty of restaurants closeby. A 25 minute walk to the Kadikoy ferry port. 9 minutes walk to the circle tram.
The room was very spacious and had enough storage. Especially for a longer stay the seaview room is a good choice. Also a comfortable couch and seat provided a living room feeling.
Our room was situated at the 2nd floor. Still had a nice view at the park, sea and island in the distance. The rooms at the 3rd and 4th floor would provide even a better view.
The bathroom is spacious with a comfortable rainshower, handschower and feetshower. All you need was there, shampoo, conditioner, soap, bathropes etc.
The place was clean and kept clean during the entire stay. Daily tower swap, trash removed and coffee, tea, water etc restocked every day.
There is a bar on the lower floor and the garden. The music can be heard in the room, but not very loud or annoying. The room itself is very quiet. No sound from the neighbours. The area also is very quiet in the morning untill 12u.
The staff also where friendly and aprroachable when needed. No annoying selling tours or tickets.
All in all Riva's Moda i would recommend Riva's Moda.

The location was very nice. Many restaurants and shops around. The stuff was excellent specially the blonde woman working in the reception:) She was super friendly and helped me with everything! Very kind! The bedroom was nice and clean I will definitely go back there if I go to Istambul!
