Excellently located just a short walk from the metro station, along the line that goes to/from Sabiha Gokcen airport (a 25-min ride to either the airport and the city center), just two stations away from a reasonably large mall.
Uğur, hotel's manager, is a very communicative, cheerful and helpful person that made me feel welcome from the moment I entered the property - something that I appreciated even more given the fact that I arrived hours before the normal check-in time, after a night flight.
The room itself was clean, large and comfortable, and although some walls would need a fresh paint, the new management seems determined to fix these minor shortcomings.
The balcony overlooked the highway - but in spite of this, the noise level inside the room didn't feel at all disturbing during the night.
Overall, excellent value for money. This just became my new primary accommodation option for whenever I use the Istanbul SAW airport.

Room with a wunderful view over the sea to the islands, everything in the room worked as it has to. Absolutly clean. English speaking, very helpful, nice, sympathic staff. The cleanest pool area I ever saw and had to share it just with a lovely cat. A short walk brings you down to sea very sea side with cafès, restaurant, calm people and cats around. Offside the tourist areas, you are surround by inhabitans. 2min away a small market and Espresso Bar. All the time you're in the middle of the normal life, very calm and nice. Round about 3km aways from the Metro station - taxi is always available and not expensive. I come back for sure.
