A great hotel with excellent staff members. Imran and Chinar were very helpful and excellent - they assisted us in registering our travel cards with our HES codes and weighing our suitcases. The tram is a 2 mins walk from the hotel which makes it quite easy to get around. Breakfast was delicious; with a wide range of choices to choose from. The hotel is clean throughout with great amenities, and the cleaners are excellent and super helpful too. We thank all the staff, we had a pleasant and joyful stay.

The hotel is great, the location is good, they met all our expectations. Try the hammam and massage at the hotel, it’s great. The food is delicious and varied, the staff affordable and special praise for Bayram and Hasim.

The breakfast is with a great view to the city, big variaty of the food and drinks. The Spa center is very good as well. Highly recomend to stay here. Situated 1.9 km from Blue Mosque, Beyazit Palace Hotel Cafe & Restaurant offers 4-star accommodation in Istanbul and has a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. I loved everything, the staff were amazing, very polite, very friendly, very cooperative. The hotel was at the perfect location. I enjoyed the breakfast, i enjoyed everything. I booked for a 1 bed room but upon arrival i was upgraded to a 2 bed room after they saw that i had 2 kids. There's a guy that helped me out with moving my luggage 🧳 i wish i saw him when i was checking out, i wanted to tip him, he was always so helpful. Then the gentleman i found at the reception the day i checked in, he was wonderful. Unfortunately i never got any of their names. Then so grateful with Omid the guy that always worked the restaurant during breakfast hours, he was so friendly, my kids loved him. All in all i loved all the staff. I will surely rebook this hotel again & again. Thank you for making my stay comfortable

If I am going back to Istanbul I will go back to this hotel. Stuff is really great, all are kind and polite. We got upgraded and got better room on check-in. We even stayed one day longer since it was really good. Hotel is clean. Breakfast is basic but enough to start a day. Cleaning stuff are doing their job good too. It's clean.
